Why Early Music Matters

Music is one of the first ways children express themselves, connect with others, and explore the world around them.

Through singing, movement, rhythm, and play, our Early Childhood classes help children build confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of music—all in a warm, encouraging environment where caregivers and children learn together.

Meet Krysten

Krysten Tomlinson

Helping young children discover the joy of music is at the heart of everything Krysten does. Creating a warm, playful environment where young children explore music through singing, movement, games, and creative activities. Her goal is to help every child feel confident, encouraged, and excited to learn.

Music Instructor

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Southern Utah University and a Master of Arts in Teacher Education from the University of St. Thomas, bringing both musical expertise and a passion for early childhood education to every class.

“The learning environment’s special. It’s a positive, encouraging place to be. You’d be hard-pressed to find a music studio any better than Farmhouse.”
